How fast 8 months have passed here at Beximco! Looking back, it's been a genuinely exciting journey — spending my days doing what I love, experimenting with ideas that push both the business and my own growth forward.
Among all the projects I've had the chance to lead, rolling out WFMS nationwide for our installer network — and building a verified, certified installer base from the ground up — stands out as one of the most exciting.
It took me across the country, into real conversations with field forces, and gave me a front-row seat to the challenges our teams face every day.
The outcome? Customers can now trust every Akash DTH installer who steps through their door — and experience real-time subscription activation from the moment installation is complete.
The goal: ensure every Akash DTH installer across Bangladesh is verified, trained, and operating through a unified digital platform — so customers always receive a trusted, quality experience.
How it unfolded
Onboarding & scoping
Joined Beximco. Mapped existing field operations, identified gaps, and began designing the WFMS rollout strategy across all 7 regions.
Rollout begins — hitting the road
Travelled nationwide. Conducted Akash DTH Training Camps with field forces, collecting real on-ground feedback to continuously improve the process.
Mid-project pause — pandemic reality
COVID-19 forced a temporary halt. The team had to rethink the approach: how do you maintain safety, keep momentum, and still close within the original deadline?
Project completed — all 64 districts live
Adapted to a new-normal operating model, resumed safely, and successfully completed the rollout. Every district onboarded, every installer verified and trained.
Every district. Every territory. The hand-drawn map above captures the early planning phase — tracing routes, connecting nodes, and visualising the nationwide coverage we were committed to achieving.
From Panchagarh in the north to Cox's Bazar in the south, from Rajshahi in the west to Sylhet in the east — every corner of Bangladesh now has a verified, WFMS-enabled Akash DTH installer.

Completing this in the middle of a pandemic — pausing, adapting, restarting in new-normal conditions — made the eventual completion even more meaningful. It was a lesson in staying resourceful under constraints and keeping team morale high when the path isn't linear.

This is just the beginning. The WFMS foundation is now live across all 64 districts, and many more features are already in the pipeline. The goal has always been the same: make every customer interaction with Akash DTH seamless, trustworthy, and delightful — from the very first knock on the door to the moment their subscription activates in real time.
